1. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account. You are responsible for account activity, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring authorised use within your organisation.

2. Use of the service

RAMS Builder provides tools to create and manage risk assessment method statements and related safety documentation. You remain responsible for confirming that generated outputs are accurate, appropriate, and compliant for your specific project, workforce, and legal obligations.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with service availability or security.
• Access or attempt to access data you are not authorised to access.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Upload malicious content, malware, or any material intended to compromise systems.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan and billing cycle. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details and timely payment of applicable fees.

Team plans may be subject to separate commercial terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property and customer content

RAMS Builder and its underlying software, branding, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your content, and you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and deliver the service.

6. Availability and service changes

We may update, modify, or improve the service over time. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

7. Warranties disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except where legally required, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RAMS Builder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is material breach of these Terms, security risk, legal requirement, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time subject to your subscription commitments.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When material updates occur, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws identified in your customer agreement or, if no separate agreement exists, by the laws of the jurisdiction where the contracting RAMS Builder entity is established, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
